I want to show people how to believe in themselves, follow their dreams, reach their health, sports and fitness goals. Let the unpleasant moments or failures make you stronger and progress. Do help others out along the way; we all once were beginners! Enjoy the process no matter what and try not to get caught up in the results. Take your time as you train and participate in the events. Learn from each race! Be patient in the pursuit of getting faster.

I am often overwhelmed by so much positive feedback I get through social media from the people who have chosen to follow me on my fitness & triathlon journey. I was also once inspired by successful triathletes, both professional and amateur ones, and I am thankful to all of them for turning me into the person I am now! Becoming a role model, or just someone who motivates and inspires others in a positive way is something that is very important to me, and I am looking forward to help you find yourself in the world of fitness and endurance sports.
